Artur Bookbinding is nestled in the center of the small, historic town of Fort Gibson, OK, the oldest town in Oklahoma. Our studio is just one block away from the Historical downtown at 100 N Jackson St. Statues of angels hold court over the entrance and can be seen meandering through out the yards amidst the fountains and beautiful brickwork.

A 12 foot tall wooden statue of Jesus reigns supreme in the courtyard welcoming passersby. Once past the arresting landscaping you enter the world of 19^th century bookbinding, complete with suits of armor standing guard over antique bookbinding equipment; most of which is still used to this day.

Large board sheers, a guillotine and old type set can be found in various corners of the studio.
